  Where and what time is pickup? <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

  We offer pick up from a large range of locations on the Sunshine Coast. When checking out, we receive your accommodation details which will be your pick up point. If your accommodation falls outside of this area, we will be in touch before hand with a pick up point. Your pick up time will also be advised the day before departure.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n <\/div> <\/div> <\/div><\/section>\n

  When will my tour finish? <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

  All tours that we currently offer will see you dropped off to your pick up location at approximately 3:00.<\/p>\n <\/div> <\/div> <\/div><\/section>\n

  Is it possible to change the date of my tour? <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

  We understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan. We offer a full refund with 48 hours notice prior to the commencement of your tour start time.<\/p>\n <\/div> <\/div> <\/div><\/section>\n

  I\u2019ve changed my mind, can I get a refund? <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

  We are happy to give you a full refund if you let us know more than 48 hours before your tour start time. Any notice less than 48 hours we cannot offer a refund.<\/p>\n <\/div> <\/div> <\/div><\/section>\n

  What\u2019s the minimum age requirements? <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

  We would love to accommodate for everyone but our policy on age is that you must be 7 years and above to attend.<\/p>\n <\/div> <\/div> <\/div><\/section>\n

  What happens if the weather is bad on the morning of my tour? <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

  \nUnfortunately, the weather can be quite unpredictable. We reserve the right to cancel tours at any time if we feel it might present a danger to our valued customers. If we decide to cancel a tour due to bad weather you will be given a full refund. Our tours have been designed to be enjoyed even in the rain. If the tour is going ahead then customers will not be given any refund if they decide not to attend due to the weather.<\/p>\n <\/div> <\/div> <\/div><\/section>\n

  What size bag am I allowed to bring with me on the day? <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

  We recommend that everyone bring a backpack-sized bag to fill with all of their belongings. We ensure that all of our vehicles are locked when left, however, items are left at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for anything lost, stolen or misplaced throughout the day.
